Hi and welcome! I’m Kim, the heart behind Birthing Bliss. My offerings are both my passion and the result of my own life’s journey, born from moments that asked me to slow down, listen deeply, and relearn how to trust my body and myself.
My work centers on creating safety, helping the nervous system settle so the body can soften, open, and trust its innate wisdom. I blend breath, movement, presence, and deep intention to support experiences that feel calm, connected, and empowering.
Through my offerings, I infuse my B.L.I.S.S. approach, a body centered, intention-led framework that guides how I hold space with reverence and care, meeting each person exactly where they are.
At the core of my work is a simple truth:
when the body feels safe, birth and life can unfold with more ease and bliss.
This is a place to slow down, breathe, and feel completely supported through your birthing journey.

My Sacred Offerings

Bliss in birth is the sacred support that carries you through the profound passage of birth and becoming a mother through strength and surrender.
Bliss is found in feeling safe, seen, and empowered to trust your body as you step into new life with love.

Bliss in healing is the gentle return to balance after birth, honoring the body, soothing the mind, and surrounding the mother with care. This includes placenta encapsulation, nourishing practices, and rituals that restore strength while holding space for rest and recovery.
